
Atmosphere LV Terms & Conditions
Overview
Atmosphere LV provides event lighting and atmosphere design services for weddings, private parties, watch parties, themed events, and social gatherings in the Las Vegas area.
By using this website, submitting an inquiry, requesting a quote, booking services, or submitting payment, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.
These website terms are intended to provide general service expectations. A signed Event Lighting Agreement may also be required before services are confirmed.
Quotes & Pricing
All pricing listed on this website is starting pricing and may vary based on event location, venue access, setup complexity, package selection, add-ons, power availability, timing, and event needs.
A submitted inquiry does not guarantee availability or pricing. Atmosphere LV will review event details and provide a recommendation, estimate, or custom quote when appropriate.
Quotes may be subject to change if event details, venue requirements, access times, setup conditions, or requested services change.
Booking & Payment
An event date is not reserved until the required retainer has been paid and any required agreement has been signed.
Atmosphere LV typically requires a 50% retainer to secure an event date. The remaining balance is due no later than 72 hours before the scheduled setup time unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Atmosphere LV reserves the right to refuse setup or service if payment has not been completed in full.
Cancellations & Date Changes
Retainers may be refundable only within the cancellation window outlined in the client’s signed agreement or booking terms.
Date changes are subject to availability and are not guaranteed. If a date change is requested, Atmosphere LV will make reasonable efforts to accommodate the new date, but previously paid retainers or fees may not automatically transfer if the new date is unavailable.
Venue Approval
Clients are responsible for confirming that their venue allows outside lighting vendors and any requested services, including but not limited to lighting setups, totems, haze effects, power access, load-in/load-out access, and special event equipment.
If services cannot be performed because venue approval was not obtained, access was denied, power was unavailable, or venue restrictions prevent setup, payments may be non-refundable.
Haze & Atmospheric Effects
Atmospheric haze is available only with venue approval.
Clients are responsible for confirming whether haze is allowed at the venue and whether any fire alarm, HVAC, or special effects restrictions apply.
Atmosphere LV reserves the right to discontinue or refuse haze use if conditions are unsafe, restricted, or not approved.
Outdoor Events & Weather
Outdoor events are accepted on a weather-permitting basis.
Atmosphere LV equipment is not weatherproof and cannot be exposed to rain, excessive moisture, sprinklers, splashing water, unsafe wind, or other hazardous conditions.
For poolside events, equipment must remain safely away from water, splash zones, and wet surfaces.
Atmosphere LV may modify, reduce, relocate, delay, or cancel portions of a setup if conditions are unsafe for equipment, guests, or staff. Indoor relocation is preferred whenever weather or outdoor conditions become a concern.
Power & Access Requirements
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information about available power, venue access, setup timing, teardown timing, parking, loading areas, stairs, elevators, and any restrictions that may affect setup.
If Atmosphere LV is delayed due to restricted access, venue delays, unavailable power, vendor conflicts, or incomplete event information, Atmosphere LV is not responsible for incomplete setup, reduced operation time, or modified services.
Equipment Safety
Atmosphere LV equipment may not be touched, moved, operated, climbed on, unplugged, or adjusted by clients, guests, venue staff, or other vendors unless explicitly approved by Atmosphere LV.
Clients may be responsible for damage caused by guests, vendors, venue staff, spills, negligence, unsafe behavior, or unauthorized interaction with equipment.
Atmosphere LV reserves the right to disable, move, or remove equipment if guest behavior or venue conditions become unsafe.
Photography & Marketing
Atmosphere LV may photograph or record lighting setups, equipment, event atmosphere, and finished designs for portfolio, website, social media, and marketing use.
Clients may request privacy considerations in advance. Atmosphere LV will make reasonable efforts to avoid capturing sensitive personal moments when requested.
Service Area
Standard service is available within Las Vegas, North Las Vegas, and Henderson.
Events outside these areas may be subject to additional travel fees and are accepted at Atmosphere LV’s discretion.
Website Content
All website content, including images, written descriptions, package names, branding, design elements, and marketing materials, belongs to Atmosphere LV unless otherwise stated.
Website content may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.
Limitation of Liability
Atmosphere LV is not responsible for delays, interruptions, venue restrictions, weather conditions, power failures, unsafe conditions, denied approvals, or circumstances outside of its control.
To the fullest extent permitted, Atmosphere LV’s liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific services in question.
Changes to Terms
Atmosphere LV may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this website.
